I have moved 19 times as an adult because of employment. I have used 23 different stoves from new to very old. I bought this new last November and it has continued to frustrate me every time I use it. The oven is off, not a huge deal breaker as you can get a thermometer to adjust your recipes. But the stove part, useless. No matter what setting I put the stove on, Hi to Lo, it boils. I have ruined two All Clad stainless steel pans because it gets so hot in the center that the pans bow. These are heavy pans! The only hope of simmering something is to turn the burner completely off and let the dish simmer while the stove is cooling. On top of that, the touch screen has already started not being able to be used. It takes many, many tries to get the oven timer to go off so the annoyingly loud song is going on and on. Two of the number buttons sometimes don't work until touching many times. I am sick that I wasted my money on this.

So far we really like the new stove. Very quick to preheat, quick to boil. Also like how easy the top is to clean compared to our previous stove.

So far no issues. Griddle is a little small. Oven bakes faster then my old oven.

This is just beautiful. The blue inside is beautiful. Nicest oven I’ve ever owned.

I have used all the features yet but i like having options. I love the look of my new samsung stove. The cooktop is very fragile to scratches but it heats up extremely fast.

Really impressed with features but stovetop is difficult to clean . Smears noticeable even after multiple attempts at removing them with cleaner and or plain water. Delivery process was without a problem

This is a "smart" range--believe me. It takes "smarts" to use some of its many functions. Slowly but surely my wife and I are figuring them but there is a learning curve.

My wife loves this new stove. Air fry and convection features work great! We definitely would recommend this item!

They delivered the stove so quickly. It looks nicer then what we thought. So far we used the grill and the other burners and they cook evenly and heat up very quickly. We love it so far. Can’t wait till I use the oven.

Some connection issues with Smartthings, but everything else is 100% great. Has been easy to keep clean, heats well and great set of features. Looks great in the kitchen

Good oven, the top stains easily but hasn't been as bad as others have said. the color is cool but worry about when one appliance fails no longer matching.

Arrived well protected. Burners work well and heat up fast although I could do without the singing chime when the timer is up for the oven. Not as much room in the bottom drawer as other stoves, but overall like the model and look.

Great stove! Fun trying the new functions! The warming unit works well. I especially like the griddle burner.

IT helps when you are in another and the range tells you that pre-heating is complete and time to bake.

Very good range but with the problem that en order to set the clock you have to download an application SmartThings that is very difficult to navegate

The only reason I gave four stars is that the user manual doesn’t explain the burners and their controls. It’s very confusing. Hopefully I can find the information elsewhere.
