    Sooo Disappointed- The Chicken Got The Last Laugh

    Don’t get fooled by all the bells and whistles. Everything looks so good on paper but when it comes to reality and functionality, not so good. I would not recommend using the air fryer in this oven. A one time use of chicken wings left my oven covered with chicken grease. Imagine my disappointment and frustration that my shiny new oven is now layered in chicken grease and smells awlful. After hours of scrubbing, and using their steam clean system, which doesn’t do anything at all either, another disappointing feature, my oven still has chicken grease on it. I am so disappointed. I have been cleaning for hours. It’s an absurd thought to know you have to dedicate 4 hrs to clean the entire oven box for just chicken wings. Go out to eat instead and save your time and a backache.

    Oven started randomly shutting off mid cook after 6 months of minimal use. My mistake for not calling right away. Then at 9 months it started randomly beeping throughout the day and night. Finally called 2 weeks after the 1 year warranty expired and was told i would have to pay for diagnosis and repair. Not even 18 months old and now oven wont work at all.

    Stopped working

    One of the burners quit working just a month outside of the 12 month warranty. Do not buy this unit from Best Buy!

    Ceramic Electric Stove

    It is a good stove but did not know how to keep the top clean and from it looking scruffy. It is a ceramic top electric stove.Never had one and will not get another. Like regular top electric stoves. Everything else I like.

    BB: Does not come with power cord

    I can’t give a real review because it hasn’t been plugged up and used yet. It doesn’t come with the power cord so make sure to buy one. If you’re uncomfortable wiring the electrical yourself, you will need to hire someone to install it for you.

    I was left waiting for over a week, had to call multiple times for the innital delivery. After i removed the box, i realized it was damages and called immediacy, they were to take this one and bring another in 2 days, which never happened so i called again amd was told tonwait qnother week as the item was now on back order. Finally got it the next week and i love it but had to go without a stove for 2 weeks. Not the best service but ??

    Lasted 2.5 years for $900.00 stove

    We bought this 2.5 years ago. I have never had more trouble with a stove. The warming center kept going on by itself. Today the top cracked by itself without anyone putting anything on it. There two problems seem to plague the brand, and there are numerous on line complaints. I put a letter in for a rep to call us. Would probably not buy again.
