It looks nicer then what we thought. So far we used the grill and the other burners and they cook evenly and heat up very quickly. We love it so far. Can’t wait till I use the oven.

Burners work well and heat up fast although I could do without the singing chime when the timer is up for the oven. Not as much room in the bottom drawer as other stoves, but overall like the model and look.

Within the first year, we had to make 3 service calls to Samsung. They send technicians who dont speak english, lol. They had to replace all the burners under the cooktop. With the left side burners, if you put it on the lowest temp, between Low and 2. Your food burns instead of a simmer. Now the right side is the complete opposite, things take way too long to cook. The oven cookes things way to fast, if a recipe calls for 20 minutes, we have to set a timer for 15 minutes. While not a bad thing, i dont understand why no one at Samsung or Best Buy cannot figure this out. We are now dealing with Best Buy and as a total tech member, etc. They want to charge $80 every visit. This is the 2nd Samsung appliance we have bought from Best Buy and it will be our last.

It’s very confusing. Hopefully I can find the information elsewhere.
