First, I got a defective oven. It filled my home with smoke each time it turned on. The company had me on hold for almost 3 hours to have the product replaced. The delivery of the second range got cancelled over directions that I clearly gave, repeatedly. It took me close to a month to get a stove that works.

Couldn't wait to get this stove that has an air fryer, don't let that be the reason you buy it. Pretty stove, very confusing to use and doesn't come with a manual and when you try to look up the manual online the chat line takes over and you have to go to you tube for answers on how to use it,

It’s 1/2 or more higher than counter top & we have the legs all the way down !!! Only has 1 burner for large pan/skillet. Control panel is very touchy, making it difficult to clean ! We were in a hurry to purchase a new one due to the holidays.

Glass surface where tricky to clean. Before cleaning glass surface have to weigh to become cool, other ways if you will clean it when it's hot whit the synthetic rug , it will melt and stick to the surface.

Great stove! The smart functions really help out and make it convenient! Only down side is the air fryer function. The mesh pan you put your stuff in leaks out and makes a mess. Works good though.

Don’t buy didn’t even last six weeks! i’m trying to get Best Buy to help me so I have a stove for Christmas Eve so I can cook. Dinner is the hardest thing. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had.

I am normally a fan of Samsung brand but this purchase is definitely a disappointment, cook top gets ruined just by looking at it, extremely delicate kitchen top, oven temperature is a hit or missed, smartthings app not working at all. Sorry but wouldn’t recommend this product to a good friend or anyone perhaps.

This stove takes for ever to heat up water. It is aweful and nearly impossible to clean. It has to be scraped with a razor or it wont come clean. Any baked goods in the oven turn out like cake it doesnt matter if it is cookies or brownies. Very unhappy.

When I purchased this I was told total tech was still a thing. It ended in June of this year. Do not buy total it is not the same. Best Buy will burn you. Class action suit!
