    Do not buy this Samsung range. First one came dented in two places. The second one didn’t have the back attached properly. Abe yourself the time and hassle and get a GE.

    I did not recieve ANY INTRUCTIONS or PICTURES of this product. There is NO USER MANUAL! i have to BUY one online for 9.99 plus 2.50. RIDICULOUS.

    Guys showed up late, I am at third shifter and was told service men would be there between 7 and 1. They did not show up until 5 with a dented stove....very upset

    Oven doesn’t cook evenly. Top glass isn’t as sturdy as previous versions.

    I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the range. The range has a huge dent in the top right corner, a dent in the bottom right corner and a paint chip on the right corner. The delivery team was very apologetic. It was not their fault. The range was in this condition when it was removed from the box. I had to go to the store and schedule a replacement delivery which could not be delivered for over two weeks.

    I've had this a month and already having issues with it. The lil screen has gone out making impossible to operate the oven. Have already contacted Samsung and have been told the serial number on my range dose not exist so they cant put out a service order.
