The lil screen has gone out making impossible to operate the oven. Have already contacted Samsung and have been told the serial number on my range dose not exist so they cant put out a service order.

The back burners cook slower than the front but I was told it is because they are smaller. Overall our experience is great with the exception that the top of the stove has occurred stains after usage.. I love how the stainless steel color glows in my kitchen.

Purchased this stove with smart options and are very pleased; not to mention the sleek look and upgrade it gave my kitchen. Once you figure out how to use it, its smooth sailing!

However, the power chord was not included and I had no notice that it did not include a power chord. I had to re-use and detach the old chord and install it onto this one.
