Stovetop heats up super quickly, love the ability to use smaller or bigger elements. Oven is huge, a plus for sure, but it takes a while to heat up

My new stove is working great, it was a good purchase. Easy cleaning, nice fit, and easy to use. Customer service were very respectful during drop off.

I bought this stove for my mother-in-law and after 13 days the oven stopped working. Fortunately, Best Buy replaced it for free and took away the damaged one. I wouldn't recommend it. But it's very pretty and heats up very quickly.

Its a simple oven that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Beautiful stainless steel.

The stove has been nothing but problems since we purchased it. The oven does not hold the temperature it drops between 10 and 30° every time you try to cook something. We've called numerous times they sent three people out saying they had to calibrate the heating element. It still does not work properly. We couldn't cook Christmas dinner last year or Thanksgiving dinner this year. Dealing with Samsung support is awful also. Three times my wife is called and they've told her she would have to pay for a technician to come out and she has to explain everything all over again.. The technician comes out says it's fixed try it again and it doesn't work. Also one night my wife and I are watching TV and we heard a loud crash in the kitchen. Went to the kitchen to find the oven door glass had exploded all over the floor. The oven wasn't even on at the time. We've asked for a replacement stove and they say no they can fix it . this has been going on for 1 year now. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do not buy a Samsung stove.

Perfect for my new kitchen. I was hesitated at the beginning because was more expensive that the one on sale Amana brand which was out of stock. I am glad I bough this one It looks great and match with the rest of my appliances.

Although this stove is beautiful and have great features this is not the stove I ordered. I was suppose to have a air fryer. Besides that I would fully recommend this stove. I will be exchanging this one for the same brand with the air fryer installed.

Easy to use, clean, and I like the color. It has more cubic feet inside oven so the drawer on bottom is smaller-which I didn’t like.

My oven after one year still running strong , heat element quick and wifi is a plus
