Fortunately, Best Buy replaced it for free and took away the damaged one. I wouldn't recommend it. But it's very pretty and heats up very quickly.

Samsung stove nightmare

The oven does not hold the temperature it drops between 10 and 30° every time you try to cook something. We've called numerous times they sent three people out saying they had to calibrate the heating element. It still does not work properly. We couldn't cook Christmas dinner last year or Thanksgiving dinner this year. Dealing with Samsung support is awful also. Three times my wife is called and they've told her she would have to pay for a technician to come out and she has to explain everything all over again.. The technician comes out says it's fixed try it again and it doesn't work. Also one night my wife and I are watching TV and we heard a loud crash in the kitchen. Went to the kitchen to find the oven door glass had exploded all over the floor. The oven wasn't even on at the time. We've asked for a replacement stove and they say no they can fix it . this has been going on for 1 year now. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do not buy a Samsung stove.

However, after the first couple of uses the burner already has what seems to be permanent stains on the burner from maybe water that boiled over.
