I used the burner 4 times and they look like it's burned. I am on hold w/the Geek squad to come out and see what the issue is. I haven't used it fully yet but to this point this is what I've experienced. I don't think I received a new merchandise but a used one, my opinion.

The oven pre-heats quickly. The WiFi never worked. The top oven temperature setting is 500 degrees. The racks are configured in such a way that you cannot put a baking sheet or pizza steel within 5 inches of the rear of the oven.
