I absolutely love my range it cooks so well and the cleaning is so easy

The stove is great, your customer service over the phone (not in the store or the store direct line) your customer service center in other countries.
I’ve been passed from person to person and no one can help or cares to. Apparently the appliances do not come with cords nor does the dishwasher. Customer service said this is “public knowledge” HOWEVER the rep who placed my order never told me and it does not say on your website. Best Buy over the phone is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I even sent an email and the response was that they could not help me.

What a horrible product. It’s so time consuming to have to wait to clean it because it’s gets so hot. Everything melts onto the glass. I absolutely hate it and glad I replaced it for induction

It was delivered just about 15 min out of their estimates for time frame, and when I checked out it told that having it hooked up was not available in my area. When I told the delivery guys this they seemed surprised at that. Other than that I really like the stove and the delivery guys were quick and polite.
