I do not like how the top of stove never looks clean and is smeared. Tried several different cleaners and not satisfied at all.

Posted .Hello Jetaime, we understand your concerns and we value your feedback. Aluminum foil really shouldn't be used in your oven. It can block airflow or melt, and in many cases will damage your oven. The one exception is that you can place foil on a lower rack, a few inches beneath what you're cooking. Make sure you leave at least an inch and a half of airflow space all around the edges, and never put foil at the bottom of the oven. I only use the broiler option which is quite with no fans ..

I recommend following the steps in this link to help you with Continuous Humming noise from your oven fans

The internal cooling fan, which helps keep the electronics cool, and the convection fan, which is visible at the back of the oven and circulates heated air for more thorough cooking. The convection fan turns on and off at regular intervals and has a quiet, low humming noise. Some models have more than one convection fan.

Tech turned the oven on for 40 minutes to test the stove, 3 hours later I'm calling Samsung because the ove won't turn off. Their solution: Unplug the stove for 2 minutes and plug back in. Convection / air fryer doesn't work. AND to top it all off, Best Buy tells me they cant replace it for 2 months!!
