Perfect product, good service and delivery guy did good job

We have only tested this a few times, as we haven't fully completed our kitchen remodel. The unit fits perfectly into the cabinet layout and is a very nice looking product.

Works fantastic. Glass top can be hard to keep clean

Great stove, love the built in air fryer. We have a smaller air fryer and had to do multiple cycles to make enough for a full family, but not anymore. And the no preheating means dinner is ready sooner.

Very good product for the price , works great so far

So far so good - it's more complicated to use than most ranges, but we're really enjoying the air fry and dehydrator functions.

This has the airfryer options and we have used that more banking some. Overall cooktop is good. I dont love how small the bottom storage drawer is but it works.

This oven is good. Wvweythubg works the qay it says, i have a hard time keeping it clean but it works great.

Bought the warranty. Geek squad has been out about 9 times since purchase. I have Saturday off from work. So nine wasted Saturdays. Waiting for geek squad. The warmer burner spontaneously turns on and then off. It goes through low medium and high and it sings an annoying tune while it does. This happens the entire time something is in the oven. Geek squad has replaced two parts several times each. A couple times both at once. As a result of their “fixes” the keypad no longer works when you press one of the numbers it doesn’t work at all. Another number I think it’s 7 gives you another other than 7. So the temp and the timer are difficult to program. The glass top now rocks a little in the right corner (not an original problem but one after their “fixes”) They even showed up unannounced without an appointment once. During my kids birthday party. It wasn’t cooking properly. The tech did calibrate the oven as at the time he measure the temp it was like 50 degrees different from what it was programmed to. Our smoke detectors now go off most of the time when we open the door. Not clear on why. Food isn’t burnt and I dont see smoke? Maybe steam? Thats what I thought was causing the warming burner to go off in the first place. Steam is wild and it goes up under the control panel. Purchased in sept 23 today is Aug 24. The problem has not been fixed. We were told it would be replace except we are put on hold for hours and hours at a time only to be magically hung up on. I even did a 3 way call with Best Buy and Samsung. Best Buy assured us it would be replaced. I purchased this one because I didn’t want to deal with all the bells and whistles I wanted the most basic one they had.

Range is not intuitive for set up initially. It plays a couple of lines of music when it is ready or the timer is about to go off. Hate that the manual doesn't come with it.

Stove works amazing. Different getting used to the convection but it is nice

I think I have the range functions down. I am still figuring out the air fryer and other features. So far, this new one sure beats my old one that only had one burner and the over did not work.

This Samsung range is great! The features are very helpful especially the WiFi connectivity. With the Samsung home app you can control the range from anywhere.

Great working unit, a lot of people are weary about the glass top, but i've been really putting it through it's paces and it's working great.

This is an excellent upgrade from my old electric range! Its air frying feature is a joy to behold. This range also includes the option to rapid boil water when you wanted to. It's very convenient to use, and looks elegant at the same time. This Samsung electric range is truly a best buy!

I just received this stove on Tuesday. I have used the oven and it bakes perfectly. So happy to have burners that heat to the correct temperature. I love the ability to use the small or large settings on the burners. Great stove. It is not the one i purchased and doesn't have features i wanted but as a basic stove it is terrific. Waiting for the right stove to be delivered.
