On Thanksgiving 2025 I discovered the oven door glass was cracked. The product warranty is for 1 year... Samsung is garbage when it comes to appliances. This was supposed to be an upgrade from a 15 year old Frigidaire; I never needed to replace anything on that. I have Samsung refrigerator, oven/range, dishwasher, washer and dryer. I've had to personally repair the washer, dryer, and now the oven/range. The refrigerator (Beskope) also is acting up with the aito fill pitcher. These are beautiful units, but do your self a favor and do not purchase Samsung unless you want to replace parts within 2-3 years.

My oven stop working a week before Christmas, and we were expecting family members over for Christmas dinner. I ordered a Samsung stove from Best buy online and the unit was delived and installed in two days. So we were very happy with the whole process.
