The very first time I used it the water boiled over slightly when I added pasta. This left a dark ring on the burner that I could not clean. When the installation team was here to put up the overhead microwave 3 days later, I showed this to them. He used a glass top cleaner and rubbed with a magic eraser. It did not remove this mark and he said it was a scratch. I know I did not scratch it!! Well after cleaning repeatedly for a week, this mark started to go away so it’s not scratched at all. This cooktop is awful. The 2nd time I used it I had the exact same thing happen!! Ugly rings on the burners that can’t be removed! It also randomly gets spots underneath the glass and that makes no sense. I reached out to Best Buy but they did nothing. I’ve had my oven for only 2 weeks and it looks aged and unclean… VERY unhappy customer.
