The burners and the oven heat up pretty fast. Haven't dabbled with too many of the settings yet, but the ones that we have used so far are intuitive and have worked well.

I didn't have to use it. It was still under manufacturer's warranty.

The written instructions for product are vague. I still do not know how to set the clock without waiting till 1200 hrs and unplug and plug it back in.

My wife absolutely LOVES it. Has a nice feature where you can preheat it from your phone if one wants to get it going before you arrive at home. New smart features.

Slow to heat up but I was warned about that but what I find frustrating is after less than a year even with meticulous cleaning and correct cookwares the stove top still scratched easily. Even when you follow the directions.

Delivered with a faulty touch pad. Samsung, did you not care about the quality and just build crap without care? If the parts needed were not available then dont build them and make your customers deal with the problems. News flash, horrible experience wont make me consider other Samsung products. #last time customer
