    The heat circles metals have started to rust and it’s only been a month. Other than that it works pretty good.

    Horrid glass top surface

    I missed the return window or it wouldn't be here. The surface is an absolute pain. Nightmare to ckean even with light, careful cooking. Every tiny splatter is difficult to remove. Tried 3 different glass top cleaners. The Frigidaire I had was 10x better. Lasted 17 yrs and glass top still looked new. This one already has discolorations that I can't get off without fear of scratching.

    The stove is fantastic. Best Buy is the absolute worst. Terrible customer service, terrible employees. They lied to me, cheated from me and, in the end, stole from me.

    I should have listened to the reviews. This oven is terrible. When trying to set the temp on the oven, it’s not just a simple touch. You have to repeatedly hit the buttons, sometimes 5 or 6 times. And it’s all the time, and then if we have things on the stove top boiling with steam when the oven is on, it will mess with the oven gauge, it will flash n blink, messing up the degree the oven is on. I hate it. It’s terrible. If I could take it back I would but it’s been over a year. So disappointed in Samsung. And I’m angry I spent the money. The only reason I don’t get another new one is because I’m moving in about a year, but the poor souls who get this stove. Don’t buy!!

    The right front burner switch went out after 18 months costing me $110.00 and I installed the new one myself. Now the left front burner switch also seems to be failing. Does not seem to be a reliable product.

    Stay away from this range. I bought it a year ago and it worked great until exactly 1 year and 1 month later the glass stove top just exploded. Nothing fell on it, it, just, exploded after cooking dinner.. The replacement glass top is almost as much as a new unit and the warranty is only 1 year! Its absolute garbage and I will never buy another samsung product again. Good Job!

    I have only had this since September and the glass top has cracked. I was cooking and heard a pop. So disappointed I could cry. I had a cracked glass top that I replaced and not even six months later....

    Great product! Cannot go wrong with Samsung! Reason for 4 ☆☆☆☆ on cleanup is after first use my big burner aquired a scuffed look on it and have not researched how to remove it. Kinda did'nt expect that... and no I do not believe I dragged a pan accrissed it. Real butter was however involved. :)

    Samsung stove stinks bought it an haven’t been able to use my oven but a handful of times evertime used it would ruin my food sumsung refused to repair it.
