The good thing about connecting to wi-fi is that you would be able to use the SmartThings app to preheat, adjust the time and temperature of your oven, and monitor your cooktop from wherever you are with your smartphone. Conveniently use voice to control your oven whether it’s Alexa, Bixby, or Google.

Doesn’t come with air fryer tray

There is a rubber seal that just will not come clean and after an single day is showing signs of wear. As others have said, the air fryer option is a joke and apparently this stove really does not have Wi-Fi. I really wish Best Buy would confirm their descriptions.

What am I missing?

Unable to select the temperature recommended on the packaging, we cooked 10 degrees higher and 5 minutes longer than recommended, and the food item was still underdone. I've had better results from the cheap standalone air fryer I got for free. Cooktop works fine, the conventional oven seems OK. Given our experience with the air fryer, we are reluctant to depend on the convection feature.

I have used the oven and stovetop. I have not used the air fry function. Still waiting for the air fry rack to ship via Amazon. Love the jingle when timer is finished. Timer shuts off after opening oven when it beeps. My stainless-steel pans have finally met its perfect match. I have had no weird discoloration or burn off on stovetop at all. It has been very kind to my skillets so far. Love it!!!

12" burner is amazing

The only thing I am upset with is the fragility of the top. I have had it for about a month now and I unfortunately already have a scratch. I have been white glove careful with this thing and was hoping I wouldn't see one for a year or 2.

I’ve seen that some people have issues with using the app to start your oven. All you have to do is press the smart control button on your oven and you’ll see an icon appear on the dashboard. Then you’ll be able to use your app to control your oven fully. Press the smart control button again to disable the feature. Hope this helps!
