Now the left front burner switch also seems to be failing. Does not seem to be a reliable product.

Don't buy, stove top will explode after a year

I bought it a year ago and it worked great until exactly 1 year and 1 month later the glass stove top just exploded. Nothing fell on it, it, just, exploded after cooking dinner.. The replacement glass top is almost as much as a new unit and the warranty is only 1 year! Its absolute garbage and I will never buy another samsung product again. Good Job!

Real Butter

Reason for 4 ☆☆☆☆ on cleanup is after first use my big burner aquired a scuffed look on it and have not researched how to remove it. Kinda did'nt expect that... and no I do not believe I dragged a pan accrissed it. Real butter was however involved. :)

I received my item dented heavily and have been in contact several times about receiving a type of compensation since I initially reported it and nothing has been done! I’ve tried sending photos of the item and nobody cares. The only reason I don’t want a full return is due to the installation problems initially. The stove is great and works amazing but the customer service through Best Buy even as a plus member is absolutely unprofessional and under satisfying!

Don't buy Samsung

Do not purchase Samsung. The first one caught on fire and the second one I purchased has a defective burner as well.

To much range

Not sure why a range needs blue tooth but I have figured out how to use most everything but can’t get clock set. I’m sure it needs the Bluetooth.

Poor Quality Range

The control system was good only after a year. Then the right small stove stopped working and now the left small stove is not working anymore. It’s only the two big stove is working. For less than two years the range is 50% functional.
