    Had it repaired 3 times in less than a year. And now it doesn’t work and Samsung won’t fix it at all now. So I have to buy another range when this one is just 1 yr old. Junk! Run!

    I was so excited for this new range. I’ve tried to love it for months thinking it might get better, but I just can’t get past the touch panel. The buttons will not work half the time, it takes me 3-4 attempts to get the oven preheating, air frying, anything. Not worth the frustration, and Samsung Support is zero help.

    I did NOT receive any of the accessories for the Air Fry, the manual for the Air Fry and any other accessories for the stove. The BestBuy reps who delivered the Samsung Range only provided a general guide. Where can I purchase the Air Fry Tray and other accessories that are missing?

    I might have liked it, had best buy been able to overcome its limited delivery options and poor outsourced independant trucking company. I will never buy anything from this company ever again.

    Believe the reviews. This range is ruined after 1-2 light uses. It scratches easily and the top film peels with cleaning. The 9 year old range we replaced had zero scratches or other blemishes (different brand). Would not recommend.

    DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Used one time to cook rice. with brand new pans still left deep scratches on glass top. overall you can tell its very cheaply made.

    Great product my issue with Best Buy is your credit card, why would you send a letter saying my credit is no good after I pay this card off, I’ve made your payments I guess all I can say is your card services is a joke!

    Piece of junk. The buttons never work. We have only had it a few months now (delivery was just before thanksgiving) and have had the repair guy out here THREE times. They are finally “junking” it out…. But don’t want to give us what we paid for it… what a joke.
