What am I missing?

Unable to select the temperature recommended on the packaging, we cooked 10 degrees higher and 5 minutes longer than recommended, and the food item was still underdone. I've had better results from the cheap standalone air fryer I got for free. Cooktop works fine, the conventional oven seems OK. Given our experience with the air fryer, we are reluctant to depend on the convection feature.

I have used the oven and stovetop. I have not used the air fry function. Still waiting for the air fry rack to ship via Amazon. Love the jingle when timer is finished. Timer shuts off after opening oven when it beeps. My stainless-steel pans have finally met its perfect match. I have had no weird discoloration or burn off on stovetop at all. It has been very kind to my skillets so far. Love it!!!

Built in air fryer, convection oven, both used frequently. Glass top is easy to clean and the Samsung smart app allows you to remote start, stop and check.

12" burner is amazing

The only thing I am upset with is the fragility of the top. I have had it for about a month now and I unfortunately already have a scratch. I have been white glove careful with this thing and was hoping I wouldn't see one for a year or 2.

I’ve seen that some people have issues with using the app to start your oven. All you have to do is press the smart control button on your oven and you’ll see an icon appear on the dashboard. Then you’ll be able to use your app to control your oven fully. Press the smart control button again to disable the feature. Hope this helps!

To the person who had difficulty connecting to the Internet, it will say somethings gone wrong but when you exit out of it, it works. The only negative thing I can say that’s far is I don’t like the shiny black top Which all of the stoves have these days.It shows every smudge. I use Weimans stove top cleaner every time it’s used and it puts a protective coating so that the stains you get from cooking will come up more easily.

I havent used all the features yet but already its everything i needed. Hopefully it is reliable as ive only had it for a month now so jury is out on that.

The Wi-Fi connectivity is nice, too - I have a Samsung TV and I get notices on the TV when the oven has reached the preheat temp. The biggest gripe I have is how difficult it is to keep the stainless clean.
