Excellent Range
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent range that does everything we could want it to do. Only disappointment is that it only can air fry when using the full oven without the divider. The induction burners work hreat! Just an FYI that when testing pans on induction burners, it is actually heating the pans...

Great induction range
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good!! No more mess. You can just wipe out with a paper towel. Easy to control the heat level but need to hurry up for preparation. Sometimes heating up time is too fast. And I need to figure out to pair with samsung 36 in range hood. That will be much convenient for me. I love this clean range so far.

If you are looking, just buy it.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best product I have updated in awhile. I was going to just put a new gas range in when I came across Induction. This is by far superior to standard electric or gas. Instant even heat and doesn't heat up the house.

YOU WILL BE AMAZED!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. To replace a MUCH lower quality LG induction unit, Best Buy offered me this unit. Although there was a six-month wait, IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. This range is just astounding. There is no aspect of it that I find wanting, other than the networking, which is pretty silly. It controls nothing significant. The range sets its clock from my phone, which is nice, but trivial. But apart from that, I have never enjoyed using a cooking implement this much. It is very easy to master, and it does it all. It was supplied with Samsung's gliding rack, which is wonderful. In fact, I am trying to buy a second one! The air frying a vastly superior to those bitty little standalone thingies. I should know. I tried three and got rid of them. The design of the range makes air frying quite superior, just as is every other function (except network!). You will be happy you invested the extra money to get this quality and functionality.

Loved at first - Now it’s expensive garbage.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At first, I loved this induction oven. I’ve had it for right over a year, and have only used it a handful of times (we tend to only use the stove for baking around the holidays). I ended up paying right over 4k for it… and for the last month (again - with only a handful of times used) it’s loaded an “F0” error where the fans run continuously, and the oven or stovetop can’t be used… Samsung won’t back their product and has offered to have someone come out to fix it for an estimated $275-$375 “…or potentially quite a bit more” (words from the agent). So this stove has become absolute garbage. We paid a lot of money for something that stopped working right after a year, and are now expected to pay another significant bill just to have it repaired after hardly being used. Stay away. The only thing that’s more garbage than this range is Samsung’s support of it.

Was great for the first year, then problems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this range 18 months ago. I was hesitant to purchase a Samsung given concerns about reliability and getting it serviced should a problem arise however, the staff at Best Buy assured me that a "high end" Samsung is a whole different animal. Loved it the first 15 months! Induction is amazing, loved roasting vegetables with the conduction upper oven. Then, after the 12 mo warranty expired, the upper oven has begun cooling off significantly (by 50 degrees or more) after I place something in the oven. I reached out to Samsung for support which was a pain - text exchange that took over an hour and went nowhere, 2 phone calls and ultimately they hooked me up with a local repair service. They came and did nothing. They calibrated the temperature but that is not the issue. The issue is, after I place something in the oven, the temperature falls precipitously and I have to re-set the cook temperature to keep the oven hot. I am really disappointed. The local company is sending someone out again next week but I dont feel that I should be looking at costly repairs (or any repairs) 18 months into owning a $4000 stove.

Run! Do not buy!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I won’t lie. I loved this range to start. And I should for what we paid for it! It had the features I wanted, and while there were some things I didn’t absolutely love, it was fine. That is until this week. After just two years, this range stopped working. As I was using one burner on the induction stove top, it stopped working. My husband went out to see what happened at the breaker. Sure enough the breaker had popped. Everything was off on the range. He turned the breaker back on and I heard a loud pop. The range still is dead. It looks like I am going to have a very major and expensive repair. based on the serviceman who came out today. This is completely unacceptable after such a short amount of time and a hefty investment. We may just dump it.

Get an extended warranty -or expect to pay big $$
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.30 days after receiving my induction range in Aug 2021, the glass window on the oven door cracked. It took three service trips before the service center a.) brought the correct door; and, b.) brought a door that was also cracked. There is a one year warranty on this range. I recommend buying an extended warranty. Right now, I am waiting for service again -- this time for a F0 error code where I cannot use the cooktop. It will cost over $900 to fix this. Not happy with all the issues.
