My mom loves the range she uses it everyday to make food that she sells. She couldn't love more the functionality and practicality of the features, so thank you.

The brand is very good, but it is not so easy to clean, and it gets scratched a little at the top due to the heavy edges.

I purchased this range from best buy about 2 years ago and the range had been ok. The ranges dual oven works good but had always ran at different tempuratures. The top oven cooks hotter, but it was manageable. Last month the main inside burner on the front right side stopped working. I called bust buy geek squad and setup a repair as i purchased a 5 year warranty. They setup the repair with Sears, who purchased random parts without coming to my house. This was all done on April 16th 2025. Since then one of the parts has been on backorder and Sears is unwilling to come to the house and replace the rest of the components until all of the components are at my house. Mind you, no technician has even stepped foot in my house yet. I want to share with you what the escalation team sent me yesterday. "Hello Thomas, thank you for letting us know about the issue with your repair. I’m sorry to hear this repair has not gone to plan, I understand how frustrating this situation has been. As Sears has you scheduled for 05/22 between 8 AM and 5 PM, it’s considered an imminent repair. We are not able to offer an alternative solution when repair is imminent, if they do not complete the repair then, please reply back to let us know and we'd be happy to look into any alternate solutions instead of waiting longer on them to receive the parts they seem to have been having issues receiving. Sincerely, Aaron O. AIG" This was sent to me yesterday. Today sears rescheduled my appointment yet again to may 6th. This is the fifth time Sears has done this to me. I would highly recommend buying a better brand, with a better company, one who actually cares about their customers.

This is our first glass cooktop. Its slower than the old coils but im adjusting. Love the double oven and air fry. Delivery was nice and smooth.

The Stove is amazong the separate oven system works wonders and it’s quick to cook things while using both ovens!

I love this stove! Heats up very fast. Temperature on burners is very consistent. The ovens are easy to use. They pre-heat quickly. It Bakes evenly and well! I am glad i bought it. Love the grill, fry basket and warming area!

We've only had this for a couple of weeks, but I love the air fryer option. Just wish the basket was attached to some kind of catch tray instead of having it sit right on the oven rack. Would help with keeping the mess to a minimum.

It’s the best of the best appliance ever. We are able to cook ,bake, fry any food So easy to use, even our granddaughter Was able to bake her cupcakes for school.

It is perfect love all of the features and has one of the most even cooking i have ever seen

I love my new range. The split oven makes cooking multiple things so much easier. The griddle attachment is so convenient and easy to use.

We love this oven! It has everything!! Love the air fryer option especially with our 11yr old son! It came with a griddle that you set over burners and cooks amazingly even! 5 star stove 1 or less on Best Buy service!!!!!

They don’t tell you that the cord for electric ranges are not part of the appliance. It’s separate! Otherwise I would give it a 5!

nice looking stove. Came with Air Fry tray and griddle. Older reviews state it did not. the duo oven works differently then what I understood when after speaking to the sales people. But what I used the oven for so far have come out great.

Great appliance. Quick efficient and easy to use . Not much instructions provided but a lot of helpful tips on cleaning/ maintenance, etc . As far as usage I was able to find things on Samsung website

Very nice range and versatile. Have not used everything yet but what we have is great. Better operations manual would be nice. Love the air frier and split oven. Love the variety of eye sizes.

So far this stove is great. Easy to use and I like the Duo option. I also appreciate the air fryer option. The only thing that frustrates me is the flat griddle always slides as you cook.

Easy to set up this stove its got the wifi smart things app you can setup on your smart phone using your home internet this compliments the rest of the Samsung applicances we have

To be quite honest, this stove took a while for my wife to catch on to (you actually have to download the user manual), but once she was able to do that, she absolutely LOVES this electric range. It's a little pricey, but we both believe that it will last a lot longer than our other GE range did.

Great features. Griddle is nice. Double oven with airfry is great and this double iver still has a drawer underneath (many don't)
