My wife made cookies in it and used the convection oven setting. First ever she used convection and loved how all the cookies came out evecly baked. Also the stovetop is awesone with all the different settings.

My daughter has used the proofing and dehydrating options and loves them. The only drawback is that I misunderstood and thought I could remotely preheat the oven. I can do all of the steps remotely then press the start button on the stove. That doesn’t help if my goal is to have the oven preheated when I walk into the house.

However, i was pleasantly surprised how well it cooked and cooking temperature was lower then anticipated.

It would be good if those options were provided up front to avoid endless raw or burned pizza, casseroles or breads.
