I love my oven. It is spectacular great job keep up the good work.

To have bought a brand new stove it had some dings and dents that it should not have however for the most part it has worked well for me and my baking... I took an additional star off because it's very hard to keep the stove top clean though they made it seem like it was staying and scratch resistant or whatnot it definitely takes a toll on you trying to keep it almost new looking

I purchased this along with the fridge and dishwasher. I wanted the black stainless steel and the set looked exactly what I wanted. I purchased this solely by what I had read online. I previously had GE double oven which I loved, but it wouldn’t coordinate with the Samsung fridge and dishwasher and the Samsung stove looked comparable. Boy was I wrong. Obviously I didn’t read the details because I didn’t realize this was actually one oven with a separator. The first thing I cooked was a frozen pizza in the top oven, and it was burned to a crisp in 10 minutes even though I followed package directions. Gave it another shot with biscuits, same thing! So I figured out that I had to go about 30° lower on the top oven to get everything cooked right. Next I tried to cook in both ovens with the separater. I needed 425° (which I set at 390°) on the top and 325° on the bottom, well the top oven wouldn’t stay at 390° and kept going back to 325° everytime I set it, this defeated the whole purpose of buying this, why can’t I cooked 2 separate temperatures in each oven? My GE stove did everything I needed and more, but by the time I figured out that this stove was a junk it was too late. Thanksgiving was a cooking nightmare. The turkey was 15 pounds and took up the whole oven even with the oven separator removed. I couldn’t cooked any of the side dishes until the turkey was done. I used the whole oven for the sides. The last dishes needed to be cooked at 425° for an hour, but the oven couldn’t keep the temperature regulated and kept going down to 350 - 375. My food was either overdone or undercooked. How embarrassed I felt serving this to my 16 guests. I will be buying another GE stove when I get done paying this one off, and will probably give it away and warn the recepient of the malfunctions. I’m so very dissatisfied with this whole experience.

I'm usually pretty good at figuring out the controls on new devices. However, despite a lengthy online manual which we read, my wife and I still found this oven to be very confusing to operate. If you're accustomed to stoves with basic features, do not buy this unit. You'll be scratching your head like us.

The only thing I don’t like is to air fry you have to take the middle tray out

Took some getting used to but don’t use the 2nd oven feature as much as I thought I would.

I love my new oven/range. It’s got all the bells and whistles so be sure to read your instructions manual carefully.

Great capacity. Oven heats quickly and saves energy. Loved it.

Buyer beware. Had this range for 6 months and got rid of it. I must be a very patient person. Within the first month the burners either were cold (to the point I could put my hands on them) or burning my food. Constantly had to turn on the left burner to get the right burner to heat. By 6 months the oven started acting up. My first Samsung from 10 years ago was perfect. This one was junk!
