First off, even with the right products, it’s a NIGHTMARE to clean. Second, water takes forever to boil and food in the oven doesn’t cook easily. Thank god I am a total tech member and can exchange it.

To cover the basics, please ensure that the divider is properly installed.
See page 38 to properly install the divider and the Baking feature. On page 39 is how to set the oven for convection baking using twin mode.
