This would be a five star appliance if the touch screen for the banking controls wasn't so difficult to operate and unresponsive, constantly having to wipe it and your fingers from the slightest amount of grease or water to make it work while cooking is very frustrating for a brand new appliance.

Still don't have the range but I have 3 months worth of bills.

I haven't gotten the stove yet will not be in until 7-15-22

So far so good, this unit replaced the similar Samsung glass top unit that lasted about 11 years. However this unit has a converted split ovens, which is somewhat convenient for small batch baking. The oven tray must be taken out before airfry or full oven can be used (using control pad). The unit looks good, the controls are not difficult to learn. The glass top is easy to clean and we clean it daily to prevent it caked up. The Samsung smart things app requires some of your personal data. But if you already using Smart Samsung TV you probably already have the app. Hopefully this unit lasts us another 10 years.

Best oven ever. I have installed this oven in three of our homes. Once you cook on it you never want to cook on anything else.

worst service ever--- these SOBS are changing my stove which was delivered damaged. I have complained 10 times and nobody is calling back -- giving me the runaround

I really like this stove/oven. It heats up fast compared to my 10 year old Kenmore that I really liked. It's sleek and looks really nice, the black stainless steel is really cool. I would recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a new Range.

This product is an up to date smart stove that is special in all it has to offer. It can be entered into your smart cell phone which is a pluse. A signal to your cell phone if you forget to turn it off. HOW great is that. Great!

Beautiful range with energy saving double oven. I am a long time user of Samsung appliances. This range is everything I could have imagined.

What a great appliance. Easy to use and looks pretty cool. The only 2 issues I have seen: 1) Doesn't clean very easily. Water stains after cooking are hard to remove. 2) Not as easy to get used to. The oven heat fast. If your recipe tells you 20 minutes, look after 10 minutes if it's not already burning.

Great oven but having to remove the center divider to airfry sucks. Bought it not knowing that. Thought we could just air fry in the smaller top area.

This range offers a broad set of cooking possibilities and responds well to control settings.

The split oven is great, cuts preheating time and the devider comes out, making small spills very easy to clean.

Had a Samsung flex duo the last 12 years and this very similar updated model has so many improvements like the split door, griddle, air fry and numerous other features. Love it. The preheat on the full oven is 5 minutes!

Finally think I know how to use it. Timer very difficult to turn off, sometimes it takes 3-4 attempts. And it sounds like it’s dying. Hate it. Love the small oven, but watch it, it cooks fast. I lower the temp and keep an eye on it. Burners great so far.

This stove/oven is wonderful. The features are amazing, we were concerned about the amount of reviews that claimed the surface scratched easily, however using the recommended procedures in the manual by cleaning the stovetop properly first resulted in no scratches, absolutely recommend!!

This oven is great ! The black stainless steel looks awesome. It works great. The divider works well to use the oven as two separate ovens is great. The griddle for the stove top is really neat and works well also. The black stainless steel does show fingerprints pretty good though.
