We have been using the stove now for 2 weeks. So far pleased. Used the duo flex. To bake 2 different pans of brownies. Time -temp - cooked to perfection.. The cook top is beautiful and delicate…No matter what you will end up with a scracth or too. My 1st attempt was with large t-fal fry pan. I figuered i would try it and make sure i did not let the pan rock or move…..i thought i did pretty good. But after…clean up and examination….SURE enough 2 scrapes on the line…DEEP scratches…….Tossed pan out to make sure no other family member starts cooking with it. ****been using the stainless steel Emeril pans and have not had any issues to date…..try you best not move the pan while on the stove….Always “lift” if u need to maneuver….Ir is hard to remember especially if u got multiple things going on in the kitchen and trying to get the family fed. ******* I will advise any owner to buy a bottle of Cerama Bryte **** We coated it prior to use and have be keeping up with applying it……BElieve it or not after a few more applications after THE HUGE ERROR i made with that fry pan……IS GONEEEEE. Looks like brand neeeeeeeeeew……..just be diligent and keep up with coating and cleaning your top after uses…….thats the key. When you pull your baking sheet out of the oven. DO not slid it onthe cookstop…but have a towel or special mat to sit it on..sliding will scratch. AIR fryer works good…..french fries crispy. Chicken skin crispy….def can get more quanity cooked at once…rather than the counter top ones. *** do not cook sausage links in airfryer mode **** the grease is very messy…tasted great but nasty mess after. Have not used griddle yet……. Came with a quality air fry basket. *****the only disapointment is you have to use the entire oven “in air fry mode”. Was hoping that only the top was needed to do quick airfrt…*** no directions came…just 101 stuff. You have to download a 260 manual at the samsung site…no biggie then you can save it to your device for quick look up ….happy cooking!……..i did take 5year warranty.everything breaks these days reguardless of brand. Taking no chances. FYI- having just one handle with push button to open tops. Is an awesome feature…

I was in the market for a unit that has 2 ovens when I saw this unit at my local Best Buy. I read the reviews regarding the ease of scratches on the glass. I thought after all these reviews, they must have improved it. WRONG, first time I used it, I have scratches and it is barely 5 weeks in my home. I am debating whether to keep it or exchange it. Aside from the scratches, it is a really nice oven, it heats quick and bakes evenly and the air fryer is a nice feature. If the scratches do not bother you, it is a really good freestanding range.

Love my Samsung! Heats faster than my other electric stove, 'bout as fast as a gas stove/oven. The griddle works well for pancakes, bacon, sausages, and grilling/frying most things the exception being those things you want grill marks on. And baked goods come out faster and more raised than my old range.

Beautiful stove/range, looks lovely in my kitchen. Wife loves that fact that she can basically cook at 2 different temperatures, she also loves the fact that a griddle is apart of the unit. My only complaint is that we have 2 hour glass on the digital area of the stove that has been flashing since we got it and we cannot figure out how to get it off, it always say “END” of the screen and I am not sure if that is supposed to be. Otherwise, I would give a 6

I love the flex duo oven I’ve had it for 2 months and a half now. I’ve used it as two ovens and one whole oven. It’s very easy to use really works as two oven say your baking a lasagna and a cake no smells penetrate when using it as two ovens. I easily use the top as a toaster oven when needed and an air crater as well. Just so many options.

So I love this new oven. I love the option of splitting the over space reducing heating costs and time and that's the real reason I bought it. The reason I give four stars instead of five is the griddle area and heating elements on the range. I'm not sure how useful it is or rather how much I will use it. I really wish I had two of the larger heating elements. I just think they could have made better use of the limited space on the range surface. Smart functions worked perfectly and were easy to set up. I wish you didn't need to remove the oven separator to use the air fry. Controls are a little confusing, but I'm sure after a while they will become second nature. Again, overall, four stars and would recommend this oven.

Love the oven, air-fryer works well. Took a while to figure out how it works. Need to set bake type temperature click start then the press air-fryer mode will here beeps and the hot air will display on screen as shown on picture.

The stove heats fast and works well but the cooktop is very sensitive and has lasting damage after first time cooking a meal. Just regular cooking with new pans still resulted in burner scars the can’t be removed.

Love this range except for the control panel which is so dark I have to use a flashlight to read the numbers.

So far this is a great Range! I had to replace a previous double oven so my only complaint would be having to open the whole door to access the bottom oven when using the two ovens separately, however this a rare so not a deal breaker. Haven’t tried the griddle or air fry feature yet.

This range is really nice. It does have the smart home connectivity and options I was looking for. The split oven operation takes a little getting used to. The general operation is great, heats quickly and is easy to keep clean. The included griddle is ok. I don't like how it does not have a position when in use. It just slides on the glass. If they could put a positioner for when in use, that would help. The storage drawer is small, and is really just for the accessories for the stove, nothing else. Otherwise, I would purchase again. Oh

I love the new look and how advanced it appears. Love the convection and air fryer features. I was not accustomed to how fast things cook, so some of the first items baked were more "done" than I like. Overall I love the new features. However, there are some caveats that are not clear in the promotional material about this Dual/double oven and griddle. #1 The griddle does not stay where it is placed. When flipping or cooking, the griddle moves off the heating elements. #2 the dual oven. The insert is great for doing Air Fryer, however regular baking (non convection), needs to have the insert removed. A bit of a hassle to remove and store. #3 Documentation. Finding the entire user manual was extremely difficult! Took me 1.5 days of googling and searching the Samsung support website. Finally, someone pasted the full URL to download the manual that explains the features in detail.

We had this range for over a year now. I like almost everything about it, it provides accurate heating and cooking experience, a great dual convection option, dual oven operation and very nice and flexible stove top burner placements and options. The smart app connectivity is wonderful- we left kids alone at home and knew that they started heating up the stove. Being able to see notifications on the phone while away from home gave us peace of mind. One thing I'd improve is the burner knob operation - one some burners the knob seems to have trouble staying in the position that can provide constant heat with the highest temperature mode, instead it is operating at 95%.

This is my second stove with double oven and I think they are great. I can cook multiple items simultaneously which saves time preparing meals. I like how the stove enhances my kitchen. The options on this oven are very useful and save me time in the kitchen. I really enjoy cooking on this Samsung Double Oven. Holiday meals are breeze now that I can cook multiple items. This eliminates the stress of preparing meals.

I actually love this oven. The separator for two different cooking temps inside the oven is wonderful and the air fry made great curly fries. My only issue is that the glass burner top is very difficult to maintain (high maintenance) and to keep clean and if it were just me it wouldn't be a problem. My other half seems to have the ability to scuff mark + more that he just can't seem to avoid which leads to 20 minute cleaning and buffing the top by me daily. My wife is thrilled with the oven and all the features it has. The only thing about it that left me scratching my head was that the control panel is not backlit. It is a little diffucult to see what buttons you're pushing without the kitchen light on. With all the features it has, I would have thought that the panel would have been lit. The most dissapointing thing about the whole process was the "Professional Installation." It was far from "Professional." But that story was addressed in a different review.

This is one of the best ovens I have owned yet! Love all the features and abilities of this oven and the connect burners for the griddle are awesome!
