Great product! Crappy service, When I scheduled the delivery everything was to come on the 1st of July . Best Buy calls and asks to move some of the deliveries up .. I say okay but they all still have to be in stalled as planed .. well the 21 come and the Delivery guys say they cannot install and are Going to add the dishwasher and microwave on to the delivery on the 23th .. um ok .. ( so that the items can be installed, the guys on the 21 are not authorized to install) .. come the 23rd we get a call and they Are on their way .. outside of the delivery time and oh … they have no idea where the microwave is but have a dishwasher and range… um okay They get here and cut The line and flood My kitchen … oh wait also they are not skilled with they type of plumbing we have .. interesting as we rush to shut the water off …. Oh wait … wrong dishwasher … they picked up the wrong dishwasher… Okay put the stove in.. let me look to make sure it is the right one… okay good, where is the new plug I requested and paid For … oh it is not on their list of stuff … so no new plug ? Really So at this point .. no. Water … no stove . No microwave … washing towels from flood…. Call Best Buy … They say oh we are sorry, we will get you the right dishwasher Refund the install of the dishwasher…. Oh the plug for the stove is with the original delivery that comes on the 1st with the fridge . We can complete the install then or send someone out but have to check their schedule. Okay we went and fixed Our plumbing to the dishwasher that is now coming on the first with with microwave we ordered and the refrigerator on the 1st. Bought the new plug for the the stove so we could cook…. I am sure I missed something .. but can add more on the 1st after the remaining items. ( we hope they show up and sre Correct)

I like all of the features of this drive but the glass top is difficult to keep clean. It can scratch easily and one must be careful when adjusting the temp on the burners.

Have had this oven for 6+ months now and experienced 0 issues. Great oven that all features work well without issues. Would recommend.

Heats so fast and the flex part works flawless. Some trouble initially connecting to the app but got it worked out. The top scratches easily if you’re not careful while moving pots and pans but that can be expected for any glass surface

Love this range - we got rid of our expensive countertop toaster oven because we can now use just the top section for smaller meals. Very cool looking in the kitchen; and we love the number of burners and the griddle!

Wow!! I love this OVEN!! It is so amazing! I live the ease of the airfryer! And baking with the convection is great! The glass top stove is so easy to clean! And the bridge between the two units is so great with the griddle!! I love it!! ❤️

I love my new stove. You can set the temperature and time from your phone. Its easy to clean and th extension accesories are great.

Wonderful range with air fryer and ease of use double oven. Oven heats up very fast and cooking is a breeze, fun! Can't beat Samsung.

A little overwhelming at first and I really wanted a written manual; not to have to go online. But I think it is going to be great. It was not delivered until October 18th because they were out of stock.

Finally got rid of our propane oven and bave never been happier!. The air frying ability makes our ninja air fryer obsolete and the griddle tray on top has been awesome to use for breakfast for the kiddos.

Enjoying using this range even though there is a learning curve I didn’t expect. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

This stove has everything! Griddle, Air Fryer, double stove, etc. Genuinely remarkable and well worth the money. We need to be savvier with the WiFi options, but I'm sure we will figure it out.
