Easy to set up this stove its got the wifi smart things app you can setup on your smart phone using your home internet this compliments the rest of the Samsung applicances we have

I purchased this range from best buy about 2 years ago and the range had been ok. The ranges dual oven works good but had always ran at different tempuratures. The top oven cooks hotter, but it was manageable. Last month the main inside burner on the front right side stopped working. I called bust buy geek squad and setup a repair as i purchased a 5 year warranty. They setup the repair with Sears, who purchased random parts without coming to my house. This was all done on April 16th 2025. Since then one of the parts has been on backorder and Sears is unwilling to come to the house and replace the rest of the components until all of the components are at my house. Mind you, no technician has even stepped foot in my house yet. I want to share with you what the escalation team sent me yesterday. "Hello Thomas, thank you for letting us know about the issue with your repair. I’m sorry to hear this repair has not gone to plan, I understand how frustrating this situation has been. As Sears has you scheduled for 05/22 between 8 AM and 5 PM, it’s considered an imminent repair. We are not able to offer an alternative solution when repair is imminent, if they do not complete the repair then, please reply back to let us know and we'd be happy to look into any alternate solutions instead of waiting longer on them to receive the parts they seem to have been having issues receiving. Sincerely, Aaron O. AIG" This was sent to me yesterday. Today sears rescheduled my appointment yet again to may 6th. This is the fifth time Sears has done this to me. I would highly recommend buying a better brand, with a better company, one who actually cares about their customers.

Great features. Griddle is nice. Double oven with airfry is great and this double iver still has a drawer underneath (many don't)

I love this stove! Its easy and i thought cleaning it woukd be difficult, but it is easy. I love the ability to have a small oven just for pizzas and air fryers!

One of the best stoves I have ever owned. Temp is right on, heats up quickly and cooks evenly. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes to cook and cook right.

This is truly a terribly designed product. I bought it because I have a small kitchen and I love to cook, so I was attracted to the double oven feature as well as the air fryer option. However, none of the reasons I initially purchased this actually work efficiently or are remotely rationally designed. The air fryer function only works when you remove the oven divider (which is cumbersome). So it's not like you can pop your morning breakfast muffin in the air fryer and go about your day -- you have to find a large clean suface to set the oven divider on and then put it back?? Not convenient. Additionally, if you're using the double oven feature, both of your dishes are going to burn if cooking to your normal recipes' bake times. The heating elements are too close to the racks, so you have to keep an eye on them. Again, not convenient especially if you're say...hosting Thanksgiving and that's why you chose this oven to start with. Lastly, the buttons on the range hardly recognize touch. Both when the oven(s) preheat and when the timers go off it plays the longest, most obnoxious song as you're continually having to push the buttons that won't recognize you're pushing them. I truly love to cook. It's one of my great passions, but the sound of this oven have the shrill effect of a screaming baby. I really wish I saved myself the money (and the hassle) and bought a base-model. I tried to exchange it, but was mistaken on the return window as I'm merely a Best Buy Citi Card Holder and not whatever membership I actually needed according to the customer service representative that said there was nothing she could do for me. Not only will this turn me off of Samsung appliances, but of using my Best Buy credit card in the future. Another lesson in "simplest is best."

Great opportunity to have a double oven in a small place. The air fryer is a big plus too so one less appliance on the counter.

I have had a double oven range before and purchased this one to replace it. So far I like it. I have used every thing but the griddle.

This is my favorite stove ! It has two separate ovens and you can cook it at different temperatures and can connect to your phone so you can set it ! Also came with a griddle and air fryer basket !

I love this stove. It took me a while to figure out how to set it, but it was worth every minute. I downloaded the manual link to my iPad. It is easy to clean and beautiful.

Replaced old Electric Range. This new range includes a fryer component. Both my wife and I love the smart features.

To be quite honest, this stove took a while for my wife to catch on to (you actually have to download the user manual), but once she was able to do that, she absolutely LOVES this electric range. It's a little pricey, but we both believe that it will last a lot longer than our other GE range did.
