I love absolutely everything about this range except the fact that the bulges on the back of it make it impossible to push flush with the wall behind it. I wish Samsung could have modified the design to eliminate that flaw. As it it, it sets a good two to three inches away from the wall and protrudes behind the kitchen cabinets on either side of it by the same distance. Bummer!

Love it! My wife loves to bake, oven preheats in minutes. First convection oven we've owned. Cook top is easy to maintain. The grill pan that comes with it should have deeper groves for grease, but great for pancakes, eggs etc...

Overall we were happy with the flex duo for the ability to split the oven as needed and cook top. The cooktop is easy enough to clean (kids make this more difficult) and the settings cover every type of cooking we do in this family. We are just completely disappointed with the screen that is just starting to go out (numbers fading and display fades around 1/5th so far...). Samsung is correct to point out that the warranty has expired and they linked me up to a local repair company that wants $150 to schedule the repair and estimates $350 for parts and labor. I'll use it til it dies I guess and never buy from Samsung again. Just thought others might want to know before dropping $1200 on a Samsung appliance.

Fire hazzard!

Fire Hazzard! Needs recall! After just a few years old. Thank goodness i was right there when it happened. Heard a loud POP. Then flames were shooting up the wall behind the oven. I grabbed the door handle to pull it away from the wall and used a fire extinguisher to put out fire. We later pulled the back panel off the oven to take a look at what caused the fire. The oven is vented above all the electrical! So it had years of condensation dripped down over the electrical panel. What a huge design flaw! Not only was the terrifying, but this would have absolutely been a full structure fire with fatalities. My child was in the home along with our beloved pets. Please recall this oven and then redesign it! Up until the fire, we LOVED it.

I purchased my range site unseen on line! Unfortunately I was told there wasn’t a store that I could go to and see the Range ! For me it would have been better to see and have hands on ! Especially when you spending a lot of money! The range was nice looking however I was not happy with the single door for a double oven! ( weird) . My first thought was give it a try ! I found out that it wasn’t going to work out for me ! Being able to set the temperature for each upper and lower oven separately is great ! Until you open the single oven door to check on the food, the temperature would drop for both ovens not good! A single door for a Double oven just doesn’t work! Returning my range and purchased a double oven with two doors!

Do not purchase this stove from best buy order it direct from samsung.com Samsung will give you a 2 year warranty free delivery, free, install and free. Take away of your old appliance For the same price. I ordered this from Best Buy. On December 28th they told me it could be installed January16th, January 16th came and they backordered on me telling me it couldn't be delivered. Till February 28th, they were still selling the stoves online telling people that th could be delivered in January when in fact, they knew that they weren't even available until February 28 i could have ordered. It Direct from Samsung and gotten the stove sooner had Best Buy not lied. Misrepresented me false advertisement and fraud
