Over all look is great, seems to be easy enough to take care of, love the boost feature to quickly heat water,ect. I am not to tech savy , I am very interested in learning about it's smart features.

Conductive range is amazing, you can literally boil water in less than 2 minutes!! Oven temp is perfect. Have had no issues other than the touch screen being a little too sensitive.

The Samsung has been in our home for months now and each time we use it (we cook a lot) we get different results. The burners will burn food on 2 and the next day not heat up much on 2. The over is sometimes spot on and others is off by over 100 degrees. We are already considering a replacement. Truly a disappointment.

The downside is no convection bake or air fryer. Quality dropped the overall rating. When we turn the oven on or use the stovetop, the exhaust fan makes a cheap "tin" ticking sound that doesn't go away until oven or stovetop is turned off.
