Nice picture quality lacks HDMI inputs

Needed to stay with 1920X1080 to match TV that I was going to split signal with. Was disappointed that is only has 2 HDMI inputs. Since I have DirecTV, Blu Ray, Xbox and chromecast I now have to purchase an HDMI switch.

Great smart TV

Only downside is that when you first turn on the tv, it does some checks for updates and you can't use smart apps till that is done. There is no indicator of when it completes. Not sure if this is common to all smart tvs though

However, despite buying GSP, Best Buy charges quite a bit extra now to have the crew just unbox and place on the TV console... feel BB is nickel and diming us customers now.

Very smart television

It's a Samsung as well but I'm guessing not a smart tv since it's a little older.

terrible tv

Third time I turned on the TV the LCD panel failed the whole screen was an Orange/Red color with image blur and ghosting. Complete waste of my time. Exchanged for a Sony and love it!

Great TV - plus Great Best Buy Service

Zack at the Oswego, IL Best Buy store helped me set up an unusual delivery location. There are a lot of choices and it was rewarding to have someone knowledgeable to explain the options.
