this tv gives me just what I was looking for. The speed of the built in wifi makes streaming fast and clear. The only issue I have with it is that when you first turn it on it takes a few mins before it can connect to streaming sites, but that is not a big deal for me at all.

I actually did a decent amount of research and read a good amount of reviews before I made this purchase. Its been over an year and tv is good as new. But now I feel like I shouldve got a 4k. Heyyy its meant to happen. Buyers remorse

I have been a Best Buy customer for years, so that's where my research started and ended. The Samsung 60 inch Smart TV was not only a good fit for our home but it is easy to operate. Every time I use it I discover a new feature. We love it!

TV only has 2 HDMIs, it would be nice if it had 3. Sound quality of this tv is not that great. I recommend you buy some speakers and connect it to the tv for better sound quality. Other than that, I am happy with tv. Have not used apps within tv and don't plan to.

Love this tv!! Only flaw is that the "smart" features take a few minutes to load. In my house we do not have cable, Netflix is all that is watched and we have to wait a minute or two to open that feature on the tv. Otherwise, LOVE IT!

As I have purchased many Samsung products in the past including another Samsung TV, I am happy to say that this one is all that I expected. Only the sound is not as good as my older Samsung but then again this one is much thinner,

The only bad thing is that the operating system of the computer in the TV set is linaux and you can not use adobe flash player to watch websites that require adobe flash player. I think this is the most important draw back for this TV.

It's slow when you change channels. Satisfied with the TV.

Opted not to go for an UHDTV due to an abundance of standard definition movies and concert DVDs and relatively long viewing distance of 15 feet or more.. My only complaint is the slow SMART TV performance. I'm using it more than I expected and the apps are slow to load.

I had hoped that the addition of an HD cable would make the purchase price a steal, rather than purchasing and HDTV 4K Ultra. Not so much.. the picture was mediocre. Returned it and exchanged for a 4K Ultra....

Slow slow slow.. the smart features suck this tv is on a lan line and netfix still buffers. The other features like casting only work with some samsung products not all big turn off. The stars are for the picture and its size but the smart part was disappointing. Bought a roku tv it was way easer to use and streamed way better via wifi than this one on a lan line. I had to add a fire stick to get what i expected from this smart tv to work again very disappointing.

The gentleman that helped us at the store was very helpful. The people that installed we're knowledgeable and quick. He showed me how to use the remote and gave me his card in case I needed more help. Best Buy is great.

The online ordering process quite easy. I chose in store pickup instead of shipping. I picked a store that had it in stock rather than wait for shipping to the local store. Now I sit back and enjoy my nice big TV.

When I came to Best Buy to look for a television I had no idea what I was going to get. I was approached by a very knowledgeable sales person that helped me make my decision. I am very happy with my purchase.

This was such a great purchase! Totally worth the price. Staff at the store were very friendly and informative. Delivery guys were wonderful. TV works beautifully. We are entirely pleased with this product.

We debated long and hard on HD vs 4K. We are extremely happy that we chose to go 4K. The depth of field is amazing. More and more shows are coming out in 4K, but even the oldies look better on this TV.

This is the second Smart TV I bought. The 55 inch is 4K and pricier so I went with the 1080P for this 60". What surprised me was the Smart part is slower on the newer model and takes longer to start up. Other than that a really good tv.

Purchased this TV on sale but now I see its even cheaper by a few hundred dollars, great TV, very large and great resolution. Hard to know when to buy a new TV though since they are always dropping in price.
