my experience with best buy has always been outstanding. The sales and support team has always made sure I'm completely satisfied through every step any transaction I've ever made with best buy.

I haven't purchased a tv for many years, so I read best buy newsletter of items , and selected my tv based on my criteria and the sales perso was phenomenal. Live my tv, Even went back and purchased 2.

Not enough inputs/outputs; limited available apps due to model. (Higher Samsung models will have access to more apps. Fix is to buy streaming device which makes Smart TV function worthless.

I don't jump at the newest technology when very good will work fine. We have had very good success with Samsung in the past and this TV is very very good for LED and it is above 1080dpi as well.

The washer is nice but the delivery was horrible! They drove OVER my mailbox and broke it, didn't apologize. Best Buy's customer service has repeatedly told me they would call me back.....still waiting. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

This TV was purchased to be used as an informational sign in our work break room. It works great for the purpose, but I would have higher standards for a TV in my home.

This is a great TV with easy setup. Good bargain for the price. I wish the Smart Hub was easier to work. The mouse is slow and won't scroll good best to get an additional mouse and keyboard rather than use the remote.

The picture is magnificent. The speakers are terrible but the soundbar helps. Netflix app has the sound cut out so I don't use the apps anymore.

Very happy with the product except that I rely on the smart feature (don't have cable) and the smart hub will not work until it's loaded, so I have to turn my TV on to let it load for 5 minutes before I can watch anything.

Everything I ever wanted in a new TV.....all of the new technology......easy to learn and operate....good fit with my other components....great deal....I'm very happy with my purchase !!!

Had the TV shipped to my home. Hooked it up 2 weeks later. Television worked for a weekk and a half and Picture would not come on. Just pulsed. Samsung Customer Service wasnt that helpful

I have found the Samsung Smart TV to be the best and easiest to use. I love that it has flash drive ports and that I can attach my keyboard to it. I also use a Harmony remote. Easy to use.

For the price this TV is good. A few downsides is the volume is kind of weak, a sound bar helps. Also only 2 HDMI inputs, I usually have more than 2 devise plugged in to my TVs. Other than that it is great.

I have always owned an electric oven. After having a gas oven for a couple of days I wish I would have switched to gas sooner. Water boils so much longer, and oven preheats in half the time of my electric range.

The 2 done falls is the way it only sits on stand it sits funny and it hard to work at times. We have diff Samsung prefer it better. I wish it had 2 sets of legs and the set up wasn't my personal favorite.

I haven't been having my TV for very long but so far i love it. my only complaint is that it take a minute to load before i can choose an app to use. Other than that it's great!

I purchased to replace a 12+ year old 57" Rear projection. This has surpassed my expectations and does everything I need it to do. The video is great and gameday is great again!

I looked at several TV(s) before picking this one and it was a very good choice. I would purchase again. We are using it in a training room and works great with computers attached.

We researched 60 inch TV's and Samsung had great reviews. Bought the set home and set it up ourselves. Easy set up and great price.

I love this TV but am having lots of problems with the picture sometimes being light as it should be and is beautiful and other times it's so dark you can hardly see the picture. Need to have it checked.
