This tv has issues with sound and voice sync. Will be watching a show on Netflix or Hulu and the screen will flash and then the sound is off. I should have returned it while I still had the box. Have called Samsung support multiple times and have had no luck fixing it.

This was brought to us as a replacement for another Samsung we owned that grew a long green line through the viewing picture/screen. We are disappointed with the picture quality on this particular item. Again, usually a Samsung fan -- but after this, we are considering another brand for our next purchase.
