Takes a long time to load up when turned on. Need to switch over to smart TV options, doesn't just load up automatically. However, fine once loaded up and good value for money.

Tv picture take a long time to get set up and it stays blurry when it on video game are not a good picture and the tv shut off in the middle of the movie until I touch control

Picture is decent. I've had a lot of problems with the audio. The audio is not sync with the video so and the settings to adjust don't help. Would not buy again.

Well good tv but the internet takes a long time to get it not like my curve tv it's super fast maybe it's the year of the tv but well I dont know

Genuinely two days after purchase, despite being plugged into LAN, it wouldn't connect. Had to call Samsung, and they connect remotely via wireless connecting to reboot. Two days later, did it again. I just connected wirelessly, because didn't want to be on hold for an hour again. Then a week later, it started going into its screen saver while I was watching a basketball game. I cannot return this TV fast enough.

The size of the TV it's good but no the quality I was expecting more quality when watching Netflix or movies.

Picture not that great sound horrible maybe due to Speakers in back very weak.

It was a great price but the audio is extremely low. The picture is clear but not perfect and it should have been thinner.60 inch waste of money

Not able to mount. I decided to use table stand and screws were missing to place on the base. I had to shop at home depot. They didn't carry them.

Not bad for the price. People look fat unless you watch it on HD. We are happy with our purchase and would recommend this to a friend.

it was good for the money depends what you are looking for I am still a sony fan so we took it back but someone else would love it

This TV does what it needs to. Im disappointed in the lag. Leaves too many tracers in fast moving scenes in shows, movies or sports.

my 3 year old 60in sharp led has a way better picture then this very cheap low end quality product. I returned the TV the next day.

Not sure what's worse.. The service I received at the store I bought the TV at or the fact that it stopped working after two weeks. TV wouldnt power on after two weeks out of box. Best Buy was of little help so I spent another 3 weeks dealing with Samsung to get an in home repair technician out. TV finally working again after motherboard was replaced. Hoping it holds up this time. Proceed with caution.

Save your time purchase a good Sony. Poor clarity, not bright, for a couple bucks more could get nice Sony

It's not as nice as I hoped. It's an ok tv. As your bedroom tv it's a good choice. But not for your living room.

It's gets the job done.It's just shows blur in sports and a little lag with connection when you turn it on.

After 6 months of use, the screen was completely blank. Sound came through the speakers, but no display. After many hours dealing with Samsung support and weeks to get a repair service to my house, the screen was completely replaced. Repair service said that the issue is common for this model.

this is my third Samsung TV since 2009 and I was very happy with the first 2 so I went ahead and bought this one thinking it would be good based on my past purchases. This TV is terrible the colors are very muted. People have commented on it and I've spent a whole day tweaking the settings but it just doesn't look good. I wished I returned it but didn't do it in time. Threw away the box allready and to make matters worse it's selling for $579 now and I paid $749 for it 6 weeks ago. Not happy

This TV is ok for the price. I would rather it be available without the smart TV features.
