    It worked fine for a while and then started turning off randomly. We had it repaired several times before they decided it would cost more to repair it than to replace it. Seemed like it turned off most of the time after it had been on for a few hours.

    Poor color and picture. Not smart tv, which is def worth the money. I returned this TV because there was a line through the middle of the screen. Screen size was a little overwhelming for me personally. When I returned the TV, I was told it was 3 years old. Supposedly Samsung has not made a 1080p in 3 years.

    After 3years TV have black screen, I purchased this television for my living room, barely use it in the living room because I have a TV in my bedroom, now I have a black screen and it’s out of warranty.

    I've owned this product only 4 years. My previous tv, 10 years, no problem. Ironically, when warranty expired. Never got a renewal of warranty from best buy. Now they won't even service it without one.

    I bought this TV on 11/28/16. Smart hub was a little slower than other Samsung TVs i've seen but no big deal. Picture was as expected and adequate for the price. It was working fine until today. TV turned off for no reason. Picture or sound wouldn't show up for 10 minutes. It started working again and the picture started flickering and the TV turned off again. I took a video of the issue. If the TV was several months old, I would probably call to try to get it fixed. But it's less than 2 weeks old. It's giant lemon. I know it happens, but what a hassle it'll be a hassle to drag back to the store.

    This TV looks pretty, has a few good functions but the unfixable "preparing tv please wait.." message I get every time I turn on the TV and try to open Netflix or anything in the smart hub is unacceptable.

    Purchased through Best Buy Business. Said needed a tv with component video jacks. Tv does not have them, only hdmi. Not units fault, sales persons fault. Otherwise tv was fine.
