I've had older models that were stolen that had both features listed above. Very disappointed.

I only had my TV for one week, and it doesn't power on. The red light continues to blink but will not fully power on. Samsung has awful customer service and hasn't fixed the issue. Save your money and DO NOT BUY THIS TV!! Even if it's free....don't pick this TV.

My 32 inch tv had better quality. Kept tv 1 week then returned it for a LG system.

This TV is a great value for the money. Colors and contrast are great. Motion blur is so so for sports and action, not too bad but still noticeable even after adjusting/removing the blur and motion settings. The panel in this set is 120Hz. The TV It's a little bit thick, which is OK at this price point. What I find inexcusable and annoying is that all connectors stick out of the back perpendicular to the screen. This is really bad for wall mounting. You will need some L shape connectors/adapters. You can get cheap coax L and optical adapters. The problem is that you can't do that with both HDMI connectors (yes there are only 2) since they are side oriented and very close, so one will block the other. The smart TV function is also very slow . Youtube app will hang unless you manually set the DNS to Google's (8.8.8.8). And finally the remote is not very ergonomic, all buttons are pretty much the same shape and size. If these caveats don't bother you, it's a nice large set for <700 (black friday week price), but I didn't keep it.

Got the black screen after 3 years. Out of warranty.

Do not buy this TV. It has a factory flaw where it starts turning on and off after a couple of years, and you eventually have to just replace the TV. Samsung had a deal where they would fix the problem, but it only fixes it for about a year then the problem happens again. Waste of money.

Junk had for over a year and the screen went out. Garbage

Barely made it 2 years before the picture messed up. Glitches and flickers constantly. Picture is terrible now. Online indicates that it’s a known issue. When you call Samsung they give you the number to a local place to fix it and wish you best of luck.

apps are completely outdated. even after you update it.

Only thing I didn't like it only had 2 hdmi hook ups.

This tv was not that great for the price. Thought it would be a better tv since samsung had made it but it died in 2, yes 2 days. Screen went pink. Returned and got a 10 x better tv for little money more. Won't buy another samsung if they gave it to me.

I got a great deal on this tv so i purchased...a little over a month later and there is a green line running vertical. Its very frustrating trying to watch tv with a bright neon green line running up and down on the screen from top to bottom.

Bought this TV for our vacation condo on 8/19/16 and on 10/7/16 it stopped working. It won't turn on at all after what probably added up to 10 total hours of use. Can't bring it back to Best Buy, now have to arrange for Samsung service...what a pain

I do like the size of this tv and after turning off the real motion blur non sense it was very enjoyable. Then 2 days after the tv was on the wall i was watching and noticed a blue dotted line on the screen. Tried a few things samsung said to try and it did not fix. So i returned it to the store. The geek squad nay-sayer, who looked at and determined that the tv was cracked! This was an uneducated guess and created the idea that I was the reason for the blue line.. The store exchanged the tv after a brief "team huddle" and manager approval. I am very nervous the tv will "crack" while mounted to my wall again and what level of difficulty it will be to exchange it if i'm within receipt return time. I have read numerous claims of this type of defect and how easy it is for a store to declare it to be a crack and refuse to return it.

I had a feeling this was trouble the minute I plugged the HDMI cable into the back as the port pushed in with the cable. Two weeks later a pixel is out. Back to the store I go with this 60" beast. Totally disappointing.

had the tv just over a year with limited use and it's already shot.. half of tv is bright white blurs everything out. I now have a $700 paperweight Will never purchase from best buy again

I bought my Samsung sixty-inch model: UN60J620DAFXZA approximately ten months ago. I purchased the television at a decent price due to it being around the time of the 4K television beginning to rise in popularity. I just purchased a new entertainment center for my home. At the time, I was looking for something that was priced fairly, with high resolution, and a good refresh rate. The product has met or exceeded my expectations. However, I did have one issue with the television, but Samsung was very fast and efficient in their response to repair the problem. From a technological standpoint, the television’s function is great. The picture is 1080p with backlit with LEDs and has 120Hz refresh rate, and as a big gamer I haven’t experienced any issue with the refresh rate or the resolution of the display. The color is very crisp and clear, but there is some pixilation in the blacks. The thickness, weight, and layout of the ports on the back are not ideal for a wall hanging application. The port problem can be solved with aftermarket ninety-degree connectors. However, if you’re looking for a television for a wall mount application it may be easier to look for a skinnier, lighter model that has a port layout that is more appropriate for that type of application. The one major issue I’ve had was a couple of weeks ago when I turned it on there was a blue line running vertically through the right-hand side of the screen. As someone who repairs cell phones and computers as a hobby, I have seen this problem many times before. This is usually an indication of a row of dead pixels. The pixels are stuck in a color and cannot change according to the image being displayed. Upon contacting Samsung to try to rectify the issue they were very helpful. They asked me to go through a couple of trouble shooting guides, and their guides all led to the same conclusion. After that, they started the process of performing the repair under warranty since it was not even a year old. I had to submit the proper documents proving date of purchase along with pictures of the product. Once this was completed Samsung arranged for a local company to contact me to schedule the repair. The company they subcontracted was very polite and knowledgeable. They sent a technician to my house with the part required for the repair. The technician again was very well-informed and polite. He performed the repair quickly and could answer any questions I had regarding the product and the repair. After hearing the horror stories about Samsung’s customer service and repair procedures, I am happy to say the entire process, from the time of first seeing the problem to having it repaired, was less than a week. The repair could have been faster but due to my work schedule it had to be pushed a couple of days. The repair and parts were completely covered under warranty. I am very happy with this product, as well as the customer service, and care with which Samsung responded. Overall, for the price this is an excellent television. The resolution and refresh rate are good for the price. The minor issues with wall mount applications should not be a problem for anyone who uses a little foresight before purchasing. I will most definitely be purchasing more Samsung products in the future and will recommend them to anyone that will listen. The product was everything I expected it to be, however the great customer service is what really made this purchase a wonderful experience.
