This is my 2nd Samsung! The first one lasted maybe 5 years this one didn't even make it a year and a half! UGH. I am sooooo mad! I will not buy another one!!!!!!

Within 5 years of minimal usage, the picture tube has collapsed and the picture quality is very bad

What a mess bought a samsung 60 inch smart t.v. lasted 2 years... So sad. Everything I own is samsung I guess I will have to change...

I bought this on a Sunday and scheduled the delivery for the following Friday, between 12 and 4PM. The driver called me the day before the delivery to confirm the time and also called me when they were en route and 15 minutes away. The process was flawless. I just set up the TV and was really impressed with the ease of setup. I am not sure what anyone here is talking about as far as the apps being slow. They work fine for me. The TV does take a second or two to power up. The picture is really nice and there are a lot of setup options. The only downside so far is the sound. It's not horrible, but I probably will be buying a sound bar soon. Overall? I was really impressed with Best Buy's service and this 60" Samsung TV is a beast.

For the price, you really can't go wrong with this one. Although its only 1080p, it still has a great picture. And, comparing it to a 4k TV, I didn't see a dramatic difference in image quality. The "smart" TV part works pretty well - albeit a little slow at times - it still connects and streams content very well. My biggest complaint, are the speakers - they are a little bit on the poor side and I have to turn it up to #18 on the volume meter to hear it - versus 8 on the 48" of the same TV. Not sure why that is, but it doesn't really matter as I have this 60" connected to a great surround sound system and mainly use it for watching movies. Plus, as of this writing, the TV is on sale for $70 less than what I got it for a little over a month ago. For the price, you can't go wrong.

This is by far the TV I've ever had; stunning picture quality, easy to use features, and sleek design make this TV a great buy.

Opted for this instead of a 4K TV as a gift for my very picky dad. The colors are crisp and blu-ray films are AMAZING. He liked it so much he ended up watching TV all night the first day he got it. I would even go as far as to say that 4K videos in this TV look the same compared to a 4K TV when viewed from the distance of the couch to the tv. The only annoyance is that the TV is a bit crooked and no amount of adjustment can correct it. I think it's just because of the TV's weight on the stand, but we just ended up putting foam support and all is well after that.

First I want to say that I am very happy with the tv. Looks great and very easy to set up. One down side would be that all the hookups are in the back of the tv, not the side, which makes mounting on a wall a little bit of a challenge. The best part was the service I received from Best Buy. I purchased open box and closest store was about an hour away. When I arrived to pick up, the customer service lady said the tv was not ready. I said how is that possible, since it is listed on the website. After about 15 minutes of looking for the tv, they were not able to find it, so they gave me a brand new one. Now that is service. Thanks Best Buy

Exactly what I expected. I read the reviews and was torn between a 4K and an HDTV. I didn't need the upgrade. I saved my money and spent $400 less to buy this TV. I love it.

This product is terrible. It's hard to operate. I would go ROKU any day

I am very happy with this tv.a helpful hint ..for those who have the Bose 3-2-1 sytem. This tv is compatable to connect tinto the Bose system. One yellow cable connected to video out on Bose system,to back of the tv, then an optical cord from back of tv to Back of the Bose system. Set to "TV" on Samsung screen then on the Bosese system remote change speaker settings to Optical. Samsung support said the Bosese could not be connected to this tv. Bose tec help walked me through it like a charm.

Very disappointed with picture quality. Retuned for a different TV.

Excellent TV - the picture is great and smart TV functions are wonderful. The sound quality is awful though. Be prepared to buy a sound bar or other sound system to accompany this.

I have been eyeing this TV for over a year and when Best Buy finally dropped the price on it during Black Friday, I jumped on the deal. The TV was delivered on time by professional delivery personnel. The setup was quick and easy. I was able to connect it to my wireless router, and to my surround sound, and got the color scheme that worked with the room's dimensions. Two months later, I'm still loving my TV....now I wish I would have bought the Samsung - 70 inch...lol! Buy this TV if your looking for a big screen with vibrant colors and great features!!!!

I bought this tv back in June, it's my first flat screen smart tv and I am very satisfied! It was easy to set up, the picture quality is great and access to the apps is so convenient! The sound is good too, but the sound and the lip movement from the actors (using netflix) don't match after a couple of hours so all I have to do is pause it for one sec and it goes back to normal but when watching regular tv there's never been an issue and there's also a slight delay when I press the volume on the remote to it appearing on the tv, other than that everything works perfectly. I would def recommend this tv to everyone!

Purchased this TV on sale as a Christmas gift. The picture is amazingly clear and the sound is very good. I only wish it would have had more hdmi ports. It has two but I had to buy a $40 adapter to have enough room for our Wii u, cable box and blu ray player. I would have much rather paid a little more for the TV to have more ports. It's just another step you have to remember to do manually at the tv. So all in all a good purchase but if I would have considered needing extra hdmi ports I probably would have went with something else.

Needed a new TV after the old one went snap crackle and pop. Got this one on sale and got it for a great price. I guess it depends on the channel but for the most part the picture is fantastic. It seems some shows or channels are super sharp and clear while a few appear what I'd call grainy or fuzzy. Haven't tried a blue ray yet but regular DVDs are really clear. All the features are taking some time to get used to.

Purchased TV for work. Great picture quality, easy to set up. Great value for the money.
