Terrible Quality and Horrible Tech Support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My new UN60J6200AFXZA got a bad pixel so they sent a tech..twice..then replaced the panel...but guess what the panel is NOT THE SAME...it is a cheap piece of junk with horrible artifacts and background noise. It looks like a 2010 Element tv now. That is how they afford it. The replacement panels are GARBAGE. Then they claim it's the same panel and will not replace the tv so now I am stuck with this trash.

Great Tv

The thing was missing screws for the wall so i can't use that. Wish they could have found one for me. Now i can't find proper screws for it.

Bad picture

But, I messed with the picture for 4 days and couldn't get a good picture, everyone who saw it said it looked bad. Grainy. I'm returning mine. Samsung rules usually, I've had a 52" Samsung 1080p for 10 years and it still looks killer. I guess I'm not replacing it : )
