I like the TV but the lack of Skype is a bit of a disappointment. otherwise the features of the TV are great.

Have owned this TV for a a few years now and have had zero issues. We use a Fire Stick with ours and all streaming services work great, would buy again.

Okay TV but very heavy and not slim enough for mi liking. It was a decent upgrade but I should’ve spent the extra money on a better TV.

Bought this years ago for my dad. 4yrs after purchase the pixels went out. Had Geek squad protection and they replaced the TV. We had no other issues.

Must be something wrong with it. I bought this TV for my boyfriend so he could watch his games and ever since I bought it the Twins haven't won a game. But other then that, It works just fine and it's a great deal for a Samsung!

I purchased this TV for $999 on sale. I received it a few days later and was in the midst of moving so did not open the box. We ended up moving about 6 weeks later, and the TV was one of the first additions to the house. I pulled it out of the box turned it on, and saw a crack on the image, that spread front the top left corner to the middle of the TV. Called Best buy and it was out of warranty at that point. We called Samsung and they didn't cover that in their warranty, but could send someone out to fix the TV for $1100. More than what I bought the TV for. I won't be buying a Samsung again, and am disappointed that Best Buy offered no help other than passing the issue to Samsung.

five years later and still going strong well worth the money

I made sure that this TV had enough inputs to support what we needed: webcam for video calls, integrated web & wifi, and ability to utilize Chromecast. The interface is clunky, and I ended up having to use a wireless mouse w/dongle just to set up... typing is a pain, so I recommend getting a wireless keyboard/mouse dongle for the USB port...but then you'll have to get a USB extension to support any more than 2 USB input needed to power, say, Chromecast. I hope your home internet is amazing... you're going to need it. The apps available are not up to par, and there is NO co-operation with any other services like Android or iTunes stores. There is no way to do video calling, since Microsoft (Skype) and Samsung can't seem to get along. Screensharing is an exercise in frustration. Beautiful picture, though.

I've had this tv for 5 years now and dont have 1 complaint.

First tv I've purchased in probably 7 yrs. Love Samsung products. Great TV so far!

Tv last years for me until it the kids broke it sadly.

Regular channels are a little fuzzy but smart tv features are great. I have enjoyed Netflix and gaming.

I really do love this TV. Everytime I enter the room I get a happy feeling by just seeing the tv.

It's purchased it for a display monitor, the USB ports work for photos music and video. Great tv!

Netflix will not work and Samsung is aware of the software issue with it. They are currently working on it. Returning the TV. What a pain. Why are they selling a TV when there are know problems??????

Compared to our other Samsung smart tv, this one is mediocre. The app is VERY slow to load. Even after updating the app it takes too long. Our 55" that we have loads the app in a flash as soon as you turn the tv on you can hit the smarthub and boom it's on, this one is, well, meh.

Model is a couple years old but still does the job fine. Always happy with Samsung purchases
