Sometimes beautiful picture

I have been adjusting picture since purchasing, and have come to conclusion that Optimum is not broadcasting 1080p. Case in point, tv has "SUHD COLOR" function and when I use it with cable, no sound, but when I use with Netflix, sound works. Talked with Samsung and they said you need high 1080p. 4K video's from YouTube look amazing, some cable shows look great, but overall, including sometimes motion blur (240!), picture looks normal HD. Think I should have just got quality 1080 tv. Picture should look almost 3D and Netflix should be good test, and was just ok

Outstanding Picture Quality
