Outstanding picture for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Samsung did it again with this outstanding 4K TV. It was easy to set up and adjust. The regular 1080P picture is upgraded to simulator a 4K image. While not as good as 4K it is better than 1080P.

Good bang for the buck

The energy saver setting was a bit annoying and it seemed to make the screen very dark. Once I figured out how to turn that feature off and tweak a few other picture settings I've been very pleased. I'm a bit disappointed by the remote. It has a rounded bottom and rolls off my couch frequently. It lacks several buttons, as well. I'm old school - I need my buttons. It has a "Wii" style control for the menus and such instead. I got this TV for a great price during a superbowl sale. I was a bit reluctant to buy it because my Best Buy store didn't have it on display but I'm glad I did. It's a sweet upgrade from my 2007 50" HD plasma.

Fabulous
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my 60" Samsung 8000. I also have a 7100 from 2015. They are equally great pictures. You can't beat the Samsung pictures for brightness and clarity and beautiful colors.

Picture using TWC app not fabulous
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Despite WiFi download speeds over 30 Mbps, the picture is not only not as wonderful as in store (not a surprise) but even worse using the TWC app for HD channels. Also have frequent problems with audio being out of sync and delayed. Much better results just using non-HD local channels.
