big but slow

Dubious, confusing "SUHD" offering from Samsung

After not being able to tolerate the excessive motion blur of the 60Hz JU6500, I thought I'd upgrade to 120Hz TV, and get HDR and 3D as a bonus--for a premium price, of course. The experience was frustrating. This supposedly SUHD TV turned out not to be much better than the JU6500. Worse, there is a lot of misinformation about it. It's not HDR or 3D, despite what the manual and BestBuy agents said, because Samsung decided to confuse everyone by having "JS800" be some retailer-specific model that has different features based on the retailer. Worse, the motion blur issues are still there despite being a 120Hz panel with more control over motion processing features. I returned this and got a similarly-priced Sony with far superior motion handling (albeit less brightness).
