Good product! It has excellent picture and the sound is great.

The TV has performed well beyond my expectations, and the customer service was beyond reproach. This purchase was done completely on-line and the delivery via the Geek Squad. Just an all around excellent experience and again the product has exceeded my expectations.

Loved this TV. Unfortunately 4yrs 10mo later the picture decided to die. Thank goodness it was 2 months before warranty ended. Geek Squad was awesome & is replacing entire TV.

• Picture quality is not good – I can see why they only display super high resolution pictures at the store with the resolution and brightness set to the highest levels. Those pictures look awesome. However, when you get it home and start watching your favorite TV shows it’s another story. I tried all of the preset settings and tried the individual settings. None of them looked very good and the skin tones were off. Then the real technical problem started. After about two weeks all of the HDMI ports on the TV failed to process a signal. After much troubleshooting including various hookups between satellite to TV and BluRay player to TV using all available HDMI ports on the TV, I could not get any signal to the TV (audio nor video). Just a blank screen with no sound. I took the time to document the problems and my troubleshooting actions and the good folks at Best Buy offered to replace it. When I considered not just the technical problem but, also my displeasure with the picture I decided to change brands and went with the LG 65UH77. I found the picture to be much truer. Colors are vivid, skin tones are perfect and those high definition aerial shots of cities at night are awesome. I will offer this thought about the Samsung though. Disregarding the technical issue of the HDMI ports, the picture might possibly be ahead of its time. The only signals available now in 4K are from streaming services like Netflix and Amazon (which I did not try) and HDR (High Dynamic Range) is still around the corner. I’m just theorizing that their picture quality might improve as technology advances.

The only issue I have had with this TV is that the batteries for the remote die very quickly. Bought some rechargeable batteries to solve the problem! Picture is amazing, features are cool, and it's very easy to use!

After lots of research , I ended up with this TV . I'm very satisfied so far . Price was right . Quality is amazing . Can see the difference between magnolia collections and the non- magnolia at Best Buy .

Great quality tv. It’s mounted using a Sanus slim mount. Only issue is the speakers, which are a little weak. I bought the Samsung sound bar and rear speakers.

After doing a lot of research on various sites and visits to Best Buy I decided on this TV. I initially though it was too big for my small room but I a glad I listened to my son and the Best But people.

I was torn between this and a Sony. I went multiple times to view all the Samsung and Sony televisions. I felt the Samsung had better quality over the Sony. Not to mention its a cheaper than the Sony's competitor (model for model). This TV is easy to use and setup. Wifi works well. Quality of non HD and 4k pictures is still great. The remote is great with its cursor function. I can go on and on. Go to Bestbuy Magnolia and experience the picture of this. The only con I can even think of is the stand. The TV can wobble a little on it but it's surprisingly stable. 60" tv on a little stand. I'm using the stand on a table and it's been good so far.

had a 52" samsung prior to this. thought this would look better, but unless it is blu-ray the HD isn't as good as my last tv. haven't been able to try actual 4k so not sure about quality of that but blu ray looks great.

The only issue is the automatic brightness feature. It seems counter intuitive as it gets darker in a dark environment. The manual says this feature can be turned off. Think I'll try it.

Bought this TV to replace a 54' plasma. Overall I like the TV but the picture is not as clear as the plasma. I haven't tried any 4k content yet just some 1080p.

I would recommend this tv to anyone who is looking for a uhd tv only problem I had was lined in the screen but geek squad came out and fixed it

Sports mode is a good feature. I probably need to get Direct tv though since cox has no 4k content yet

Upgraded from a 50 inch no complaints so far beautiful picture quality I am ready for football.

We went in for a Sony and walked out with the Samsung. We love it but not so much the remote
