No issues and superb picture quality. Set up and Best Buy delivery went as advertised.

Overall, UN60JS8000 had good quality. However, on 1st product. the monitor had a vertical green line across the screen. So, I asked the replacement. The replacement was delivered with broken screen. So, the delivery man took it back. Although, the image quality was good, the quality control on the product was not good enough. Consecutive 2 times of damaged products make my confidence on this product going down.

4K videos look amazing, cable not so much. Took a little while to calibrate and adjust to the size, but we like it now.

We love this TV and it works great. We are so happy with this product.

This is a very good television but does not compare to the picture of the LG OLED or the higher end Samsungs.

We bought this on the recommendation of a salesperson. It has satisfactory performance - colors aren't always true and it doesn't seem possible to change them to be more true to life. Also, from time to time the picture fades and then returns - not sure if it is the TV or Comcast.

Bestbuy reps setup the TV in my house so that was great.

Sound is horrible. Do not like how it is light sensitive

We originally bought another brand 60" UHDTV, but returned it due to high screen glare from interior lights. Went to buy this equivalent Samsung model with standard refresh, but the salesman said they just received this one with the higher refresh rate for only $100 more. The "S" feature must really work, because the picture was rich with color & far superior. The upscaling seemed to be better all around. I also think the screen has lower glare than the other. No regrets.

The size is perfect for my space. My couch is about 9-10ft away and the colors are just astounding without having to calibrate anything. It was easy to set up and use right away. Love it! Surprised there were only 5 reviews. Price is good. Would recommend!

Upgraded from an LG 47" LED 1080p. The difference is night and day. The colors are very vivid and the blacks are deep. I was impressed with the OLED TVs but this was 5" bigger and $1400 cheaper so it was a no-brainer for me to go with this TV. It was easy to set up with one exception, to mount this to the wall you will need some BIG screws - M8s. That would have been a real pain if I didn't live near a hardware store. Netflix 4K is really cool as are upscaled blurays - Alien anthology is really cool! My non-techie mother in law just commented on the noticeable difference in picture without even knowing it was a new TV. Just buy it and enjoy.

I must admit that much time was spent choosing this JS8000 60inch Samsung. I first purchased js7000 55inch on Black Friday but after following reviews realized it might not be the best choice. As other models went back up in price, the 7000 dropped! I though of upgrading to the JU7100 model and it wasn't in stock. Only after some time spent with James in the Magnolia department reviewing options (who is terrific!!!) was I directed to the JS8000. Though not many reviews at the time, the specs were great and I committed. The reviews tell the rest. It has a spectacular picture (don't let comments of grayer blacks, less contrast, or peripheral lighting issues worry you). Intense color, sharp picture, great contrast and easy/state of the art remote control make it a big win. It was the best choice for my needs. You will not be disappointed.

Very disappointed- 3 weeks from installation and still unable to watch TV or enjoy the surround sound. Three visits from the geek squad!

When I first picked up this TV, I thought something was odd about the way it was packaged, it had a best buy security seal. turned out I was right as the bottom of the screen had a significant crack in it. I immediately returned it and best buy did the exchange with the best courtesy and customer service. Soon as I booted it up, I was in complete awe at the picture....GLORIOUS! the picture was extremely vivid and nicely colorful...... and that is just on the natural setting! I was looking for a TV that was better than my Samsung 55 inch 1080p 960 clear motion rate (which still puts out a fantastic picture since it has a 240hz refresh rate), this SUHD js8000 definitely does not disappoint! even the remote is great to use! you won't regret this TV.... get it while it's still in stock.
