    I only buy Samsung TV's these days. I have been burned all too often by trying to save a few bucks. Great life and good picture for the money. I only wish Samsung would get into the Roku or Android TV's.

    Not a great picture at all. Pretty dark and not vibrant colors unfortunately. We thought maybe just needed to adjust controls and settings, but despite our attempts, not great. Also not the clearest picture and less than ideal definition.

    The screen was smaller than my old 55 inch TV. The sound was so low I had the volume @ 75 to 100 just to hear it. No, I do not want to buy a "sound bar". If I didn't have on an HD channel, I had a little tiny letter box screen. Over all, I felt like I DOWN GRADED my whole system with that TV. I won't by Samsung again

      There are several volume features you can adjust that may help resolve your issue.

      1. Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.
      2. Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source.
      3. Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.

      Next, please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

    The picture on this tv is inconsistent at best. It always starts blurry, occasionally clears up. The Samsung TV Plus app automatically starts no matter what I try to simply open the last app used. Bottom line the picture sucks, would not recommend.

    Bought this TV because of the price point and other positive reviews. However, I ended up disappointed with the overall quality — colors are dull and the sound was awful. I could barely hear the sound with my AC on nearby. I am no TV expert and I’m not picky, but I had to return it. For a $100-200 more I ended up buying a far better TV.

    My inlaws tv went out, and i wanted to get them something nice to replace their old tv. I was thinking of getting one of the top spec'ed tvs, but give the return policy, i decided to get a lower spec tv and see if they liked it. Turns out, they loved it. It has great picture quality and was easy to setup. Purchasing online was a breeze and pickup was even easier, i would do it again in a heartbeat.

    Had the TV for 13 months and the front screen material is coming off on the left side of the TV. I see this is a problem on others in a Samsung Forum. Warranty is for 12 months. Oh well!

      This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

    Not what I expected. Poor quality picture, sound is it loud at all have to have it at over 60 to hear it. Would not recommend!

      1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
