    Stopped Working

    Bought the TV end of Nov 2020. As of 1 week ago (beginning of January 2022) the TV has stopped working. It turns itself on and off continually every 30 seconds while plugged in. I've had to unplug it. I've tried every suggestion found online to try and fix without any success. I did not purchase extended warranty, but also did not expect the TV to stop working so soon after 1 year. Will not buy this brand again.

    I had an issue with “physical damage” from cleaning my tv screen and you guys did nothing! Didn’t stand behind your products or have you customers side!
