    I purchased online to pickup in store. The only complaint is that when purchasing tv it said in stock on web site, but order took 2 days to complete order. I guess when it says in stock, is not really in stock. Go to the store or get delivered.

    Lack of clear set up and programing directions resulted in hours of research on the www. Volume level is not the same on all channels.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback on the sound. If your volume is fluctuating, please try disabling some of the TV's intelligent functions, will automatically analyze and adjust your sound which may cause your volume to fluctuate.

      Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings and disable all enabled Sound Settings.

      Please also make sure your TV’s firmware is updated. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your TV and remote, you can download the DU7200 TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under Support (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select the DU7200 TV to download the guides you would like.

      The e-Manual and Remote Guide are both also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support
