Samsung curved TV w/ 120hz. It was a black Friday deal. I figured I would get lucky again with this one, even though it's 60hz. I could definitely tell the difference. I had it set up and began to watch a football game. I could see ghosting and blurs anytime there was swift movement. I then watched a movie (Avengers) and saw more blur. Additionally, the Arc never properly connected to the JBL soundbar. I had to bluetooth it. Lastly, the the software (menu and apps) are extremely slow. Great TV if you're just watching the news or something.

We appreciate your feedback on the TU690T TV; please know it will be shared with our internal teams. There are a few Settings that you can adjust and a few troubleshooting tips available that may help resolve your issues with motion blur, slow user interface, and eARC connection.
First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
When watching fast-motion television, we recommend adjusting the picture clarity setting by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings.
- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.
Finally, regarding your ARC connection, please know that our TVs have a Pass-Through audio feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV.
On your TV, go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through.
