Failed in less than 4 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought Samsung EVO 64GB MicroSD card and used it in my Samsung Galaxy Prevail since December of 2015. It worked OK until this week in March of 2016. My cell phone can no longer recognize the SD card. Restarted the phone, still can't recognize the card and asked me to reformat the card. Took the card out and used the adapter to insert into my laptop. Tried to run 'chkdsk', told me that file system type is RAW and chkdsk is not available for RAW drive.. I had trusted Samsung SD cards for years but I think the quality has gone downhill lately. I lost all my pictures and files on the SD card. I don't think I can trust it anymore.
